2. Is FLUFFO a photo editing app?
No. FLUFFO is not a photo storage or social media app. It is a customization and printing platform designed specifically to create personalized name slips.
3. Who operates FLUFFO?
FLUFFO is operated under the legal business name PELDON, registered in Kerala, India.
4. Is FLUFFO safe to use?
Yes. We use AWS secure cloud hosting, CloudFront CDN, SSL encryption, OTP verification, and industry-standard security measures to protect customer data.

5. How do I create an account?
You can sign up using your mobile number. We verify your number via WhatsApp OTP.
6. Why do you use WhatsApp OTP?
We use WhatsApp OTP to ensure secure authentication and prevent unauthorized account access.
7. What if I don't receive OTP?
Please check:
• Your WhatsApp connection
• Your entered mobile number
If still not received, contact support on +91 7902 316 315.
8. Can I change my registered mobile number?
Currently, mobile number change requests must be raised via customer support.

9. Can I upload any child's image?
You must upload images only if:
• You are the parent or legal guardian; OR
• You have permission from the parent/legal guardian.
Uploading images without consent is strictly prohibited.
10. What image format should I upload?
We recommend:
• JPG or PNG format
• Clear, high-resolution images
• Well-lit photos
• Front-facing images for best cartoon results
11. What happens to uploaded images?
Uploaded images are:
• Used only for customization
• Not shared publicly
• Deleted within 30 days after delivery
12. Can I delete my uploaded image early?
Yes. You may request deletion via email or WhatsApp support.
4️⃣ AI Cartoon Generation
13. How does the cartoon generation work?
Your uploaded image is processed using AI technology to enhance and convert it into a cartoon-style artwork suitable for name slip printing.
14. Can I request manual edits?
Currently, the design preview shown before payment is final. We do not offer manual editing after checkout.
15. What if I don't like the generated cartoon?
You can:
• Try uploading a better-quality image
• Adjust alignment before payment
Once payment is completed, changes cannot be made.

16. Can I adjust the alignment?
Yes. Before checkout, you can align and adjust the image position within the name slip template.
17. Can I edit the school name and child name?
Yes. You must carefully enter and confirm spelling before payment.
18. What if I enter wrong spelling?
We are not responsible for spelling errors approved before payment. Please double-check all details.

19. How do I make payment?
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay using:
• UPI
• Debit/Credit Cards
• Net Banking
20. Do you store my card details?
No. We do not store card details. Payments are securely handled by Razorpay.
21. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Currently, we support prepaid orders only.
22. Can I apply discount coupons?
Yes. You can apply valid coupon codes during checkout.
23. Can I use multiple coupons?
No. Only one coupon code can be applied per order.

24. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically delivered within 3–5 working days.
25. Which courier do you use?
We ship via Shiprocket. Delivery may be handled by Amazon Delivery or other courier partners depending on your location.
26. How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details.
27. What if my order is delayed?
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, or weather conditions.
28. What if I enter wrong address?
We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address. Additional re-shipping charges may apply.

Because our products are personalized, returns are accepted only in case of printing defects.
30. What qualifies as a printing defect?
• Blurred print
• Incorrect print due to production error
• Damaged product from printing process

• Alignment approved in preview
• Spelling errors approved before payment
• Minor color differences
32. How do I request refund?

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 working days to original payment method.
