FLUFFO is a customized kids' name slip printing platform operated under the legal business name PELDON, registered in Kerala, India.

By placing an order on our platform, you agree to this Shipping & Return Policy.

Once you successfully complete payment through Razorpay, you will receive:

  • Payment confirmation
  • Order confirmation notification

Orders are processed only after successful payment verification.

1.2 Processing Time

All customized orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Processing includes:

Processing time does not include shipping time.

⚠️ Because our products are personalized:

  • Changes cannot be made once payment is completed.

FLUFFO is not responsible for spelling errors or alignment issues approved during preview.

2. Shipping Policy

2.1 Shipping Partner

We use Shiprocket as our logistics aggregator partner.

Delivery may be handled by:

Courier selection is automatically determined by Shiprocket based on delivery location and serviceability.

2.2 Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time:

  • 3–5 working days after dispatch
  • May vary based on location, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times

FLUFFO is not liable for courier delays once the package has been dispatched.

2.3 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout
  • Promotional offers may include free shipping or discounted shipping
  • Shipping fees, once paid, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our printing defect

2.4 Incorrect Address

⚠️ Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

If incorrect address details are provided:

  • We are not responsible for delivery failure
  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • If package returns due to wrong address, additional shipping charges may be required for re-dispatch

2.5 Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details.

Tracking updates are managed by courier partners and may take 24 hours to reflect in the system.

3. Delivery Conditions

At the time of delivery:

  • Please inspect the package for visible damage
  • If package is visibly damaged, inform the delivery agent immediately and record evidence if possible

Once delivery is marked completed by the courier partner, responsibility transfers to the customer.

4. Return Policy (Customized Products)

FLUFFO provides fully customized printed products.

Because each order is personalized:

✅ Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases:

  • Verified printing defect
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Physical damage caused during printing (not courier damage)

❌ Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with selected image
  • Alignment approved in preview
  • Spelling mistakes approved before payment
  • Minor color variations due to screen-to-print differences
  • Courier delivery delays

Customers are required to carefully review the preview before confirming payment.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will be issued only if:

  • There is a verified printing defect; OR
  • A wrong product was shipped; OR
  • The order cannot be fulfilled due to internal production error

5.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Approved customization errors
  • Incorrect details entered by customer
  • Delivery delays beyond our control
  • Failure to accept delivery
