To begin, sign up using your mobile number. We verify your identity using WhatsApp OTP authentication to ensure account security.

• 🔐 Receive OTP on WhatsApp
• ✅ Verify and activate your account

This secure authentication protects your account and prevents unauthorized access.

After logging in, you can upload your child's photo. For best results:

• 📸 Upload a clear, front-facing image
• 🖼️ Use JPG or PNG format
• ☀️ Ensure good lighting and clarity

Important: You must upload images only if you are the parent/legal guardian or have explicit permission from them.

Once uploaded, your image is processed using advanced AI technology to:

• ✨ Enhance image clarity
• 🎨 Generate a cartoon-style artwork
• 🖼️ Prepare it for name slip design

The generated design will be shown as a preview before you proceed.

You can now personalize your design:

• 🎯 Adjust image alignment and position
• 👶 Enter your child's name
• 🏫 Add school name details
• 🎨 Select your preferred design layout

Please carefully review spelling and alignment. Once payment is completed, changes cannot be made.

If you have a discount coupon or affiliate code, you can apply it during checkout.

Only one coupon can be used per order.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. You can pay using:

• 📱 UPI
• 💳 Debit/Credit Card
• 🏦 Net Banking

We do not store your card or banking credentials. All transactions are encrypted and securely handled.

Once payment is successful:

• 📋 Your order enters production
• ✅ We perform a quality check
• 🖨️ Your name slips are printed
• 📦 The order is packed securely

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.

We ship orders through Shiprocket. Delivery may be handled by Amazon Delivery or other courier partners depending on your location.

• 📦 Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days after dispatch
• 🔍 Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped

Your uploaded images are:

• ✅ Used only for customization
• 🚫 Not shared publicly
• 🔐 Stored securely on protected cloud infrastructure
• 🗑️ Automatically deleted within 30 days after delivery

We use AWS cloud infrastructure, CloudFront CDN, SSL encryption, and industry-standard security measures to protect customer data.
