🧾 Order Support
Order Confirmation Issues
If you have completed payment but did not receive confirmation:
• Check your email inbox and spam folder
• Confirm payment status with your bank or UPI app
• Contact support with transaction details
We process orders only after successful payment confirmation.
Modify or Cancel Order
Because our products are personalized:
• Orders cannot be modified after payment
• Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started
• Please carefully review preview details before checkout
Wrong Details Entered
If you entered incorrect spelling or school name:
• Contact us immediately after placing the order
• If printing has not started, we may assist
• If printing is completed, changes cannot be made
🎨 Image & Customization Support
Image Not Uploading
If you face upload issues:
• Ensure image is JPG or PNG
• Use a stable internet connection
• Try clearing browser cache
• If issue continues, send the image to our WhatsApp support for assistance
Cartoon Preview Not Loading
Try:
• Refreshing the page
• Updating your browser
• Using Chrome or Safari
• If the problem persists, contact support with screenshot
I Don't Like the Generated Cartoon
You may:
• Upload a better quality image
• Adjust alignment before checkout
Once payment is completed, the design is treated as final approval.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery Support
Order Tracking
• After dispatch, you will receive tracking details
• If tracking is not updating: Please allow 24 hours for courier system updates
• Contact us if no update after 48 hours
Delivery Delay
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Delays may occur due to:
• Courier backlogs
• Remote location
• Weather conditions
We are not responsible for courier delays but we will assist in follow-up.
Wrong Address Provided
• If incorrect address was entered: Inform us immediately
• If already shipped, re-shipping charges may apply
💳 Payment Support
Payment Failed but Money Deducted
• The bank usually reverses failed transactions within 3–7 working days
• If not refunded, contact us with transaction reference ID

Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

How to Request Refund
Refunds are available only in case of verified printing defects.

• Contact within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available for:
• Change of mind
• Approved preview errors
• Minor color variation
• Delivery delay
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Image Deletion Request
All images are automatically deleted within 30 days after delivery.
